What happens here
The video briefly highlights a newly installed curved paver border around a landscape bed, following the contour of the house or garden area. This type of installation typically involves several steps: first, digging a shallow trench along the desired path, ensuring a consistent depth and width. A base layer of compacted gravel or sand is then laid in the trench to provide a stable foundation. The border pavers are then carefully set into this base, aligning them to create a smooth, continuous curve. A rubber mallet can be used to gently tap the pavers into place, ensuring they are level with each other and at the desired height. To prevent the pavers from shifting over time, plastic or metal edge restraints are often installed on the back side of the border and anchored into the ground with long spikes. Finally, backfilling the trench with soil, mulch, or gravel completes the installation, providing a clean, decorative, and functional edge for garden areas.
Goal: Create a decorative and functional border for landscape beds
