How do you make real bark panels? All righty, so in the summertime when it's making that next layer on the tree, it's got enough sap and water in between this cambium layer and the actual hardwood that I can act I can actually go in there and I can pry that bark right off. So from there I flatten, dry it, and square it, and put it on a pallet and we sell it for siding. And you said this is an outdoor application? >> Yes, that's an exterior application. So when it's lapped like this it'll shed the water. And in the installation guide you've got tar paper under that. So any water that's fallen in the cracks just sheds right off. >> Very cool, dude. Oh, I love it.
