What happens here

Bad Dog Tools presents their multi-purpose drill bit, which features a nickel carbon cobalt titanium insert tip, making it 10 times tougher than carbide bits. The shank is armored, not high-speed steel, preventing it from snapping even under side torque. The demonstration shows the bit effortlessly drilling through various challenging materials including steel, concrete, tile (even at edges without chipping), slate, stone, and stainless steel. The presenter emphasizes its durability and versatility for a wide range of materials.

Goal: Showcase the strength and versatility of Bad Dog Tools' multi-purpose drill bit.

>> Mitch, what are we looking at? >> This is uh our multi-purpose drill bit. The tip is a nickel carbon cobalt titanium insert. 10 times tougher, not brittle and chippy like carbide. So the same bit you're going to drill steel with is the same bit you drill concrete. Tile tips are hard enough where you can just self start them even where they tell you not to drill like that corner without breaking or chipping the material. Slate stone stainless steel. Now the nice thing is the shanks on these they're armor not high-speed steel. So I can really side torque that bit without having to worry about snapping on me. But even down to the smallest bit in the index, the smallest one here. This kind of screws it up here because that has that thing in there. But even down to the small one, they have that 5140 armor shank on them. So they're not going to break on you. And if you do get us that portion back to where we make them in the US, you get another one for free. Check us out. Bad dog tools.com is our website.
