so this is a a fan pivot and it is designed to help you keep your gun in the same orientation just like a pistol but to turn your fan 90° so you can spray horizontally or vertically and not have to hold your gun on its side this is just reach out with your finger and rotate it and if I wanted to spray something horizontal uh I put it in the in this position and spray back and forth if I wanted to spray something vertical maybe I needed to go in a comfortable position like this got it set up for for vertical well if you keep it on the gun you can turn it from right where you are and then the weight is near your hand
