Implement the Sliding Hand Technique

What happens here

To reduce strain and improve efficiency, adopt a 'sliding hand' technique. Hold the lower part of the extension pole firmly with one hand. With your other hand (the upper hand), slightly release your grip on the pole, allowing it to slide smoothly through your fingers. This enables you to control the vertical movement of the roller primarily with your lower hand, making it easier to reach high areas without needing to strain your entire body.
