Spray Fence Tops with Shield

What happens here

With the cardboard shield held firmly behind the top edge of the fence, the user sprays the fence. The shield prevents the paint from shooting over the top and into the air, effectively limiting the amount of overspray. This technique is particularly useful for staining the top edges where overspray is most likely to occur.
