Time in the booth today! #apollo #paintline #spraybooth #paintbooth
What happens here
After completing the paint application, the operator ceases spraying paint, but the Apollo HVLP Turbo Spray system remains running for a short period. This post-application run time is often used to clear any remaining paint from the gun's fluid passages by spraying air only, or to allow the turbine motor to cool down. Proper cleaning of the spray gun immediately after use is crucial to prevent paint from drying and clogging internal components.
Goal: Allow the HVLP system to run down and prepare for cleaning.
