What happens here

To temporarily counteract the outward pressure, a heavy-duty ratchet strap is deployed. One end of the strap is securely fastened to the damaged section of the pool's coping or deck. The strap is then extended across the compromised area and anchored to a sturdy, external point, which in this case is a large, mature tree located a short distance from the pool. The ratchet mechanism is then manually tightened to apply tension to the strap, physically pulling the separated pool wall and coping back towards the tree, thus temporarily reducing the visible gap and preventing further outward movement.

Goal: Implement a temporary restraint system to hold the compromised pool wall in place.
