What happens here
Arrange the cut wood blocks into a square grid on a flat surface. Apply wood glue generously to the face of each block as you press them together, ensuring good coverage for a strong bond. Continue this process, meticulously building the target face row by row and column by column, until the desired size (e.g., 36 inches x 36 inches for a regulation target, requiring about 100 blocks) is achieved. Once assembled, use several long bar clamps to apply even pressure across the entire target face, ensuring all blocks are tightly bound together. Allow the glue to dry completely according to the manufacturer's instructions, typically 24 hours.
Goal: Construct a solid, end-grain target face from the cut wood blocks.
