Continuous Staining and Quality Control with Self-Leveling Stain

What happens here

With the machine properly adjusted, two workers maintain a continuous flow of lumber through the Expert Stain Machine. The presenter explains that the 'Expert Stain and Seal' oil stain is penetrating, self-leveling, and non-drying. This unique property eliminates concerns about handprints, as any marks will disappear as the stain self-levels. It also means that dirt or debris from the ground will not permanently stick to the stained lumber. Each piece is inspected for 100% coverage, and due to the non-drying nature of the stain, lumber can be immediately stacked without risk of sticking, significantly streamlining the process.
