This Job went sideways!

what I wouldn't give to have a job just go the way we want it to it seems like every time we have a project to do something comes up that makes it way more difficult than it needs to be to get that job done maybe it's just us but I'm not I'm sure some of you guys have this happening all here's a great example all Timmy's got to do is go out and pick up the ASV he's got the beak loaded he's got the bucket loaded but of course just picking up the ASV which should be a simple matter of turning the key hitting a button detaching The Pusher driving it on a trailer simple straightforward Pro oh heck no no flipping way could that happen the ASV hasn't moved much of the winter because we haven't had much to do with with snow plowing this winter so the actual Arctic Pusher is locked froze solid locked into the tines and we've got to hit that button to detach the ties which should be a straightforward onean job one minute nope no no no now before I got there Timmy hit the button and the tines are locked in place now he can't unlock those tines without his butt actually being in the seat of the skid loader because there's a pressure sensor switch in the seat and if there isn't weight on the seat the button that he's got to hit to activate the timeses won't activate so somehow by himself he's got to sit in the seat hit the button and be outside of the cab prying up on the time to break them free so instead of a oneman job a onean job it turns into a Twan job but there isn't two men here so Timmy has to get creative and he takes a chain off from the trailer sticks it in the seat to activate the pressure sensor switch so he can stand outside the door hit the actual unlock button while he manages to wrestle the controls free on it so um that's what I'm telling you when we're you're in construction like this a straightforward job never seems to be straightforward is it for you cuz it never is for well can't get the fins to unlock through this attachment up always something little it takes your whole thing so all he should have to do is just hit the unlock button and detach from The Pusher but he's got to bypass all the safety switches Because the actual Pusher is completely froze solid onto the machine itself so that means taking off the door bypassing the door switch getting out of the machine bypassing the pressure sensor switch so that he can then hit all the buttons at the same time while he's working on The Pusher it's always something in construction maybe it's just me but it just seems like it is it's it's not funny don't laugh at Timmy struggling that's not nice of you even though everybody in our company laughs at Timmy struggling all the time and everybody else struggling but that's what makes it fun to work we we're not perfectionists how how how insane is that so when you get out it automatically locks so you can't do anything to get this off not sure when the battery went dead but I think we got it unhooked we tighten the pin on the spring in there can't see nothing anyway but these pins are giving us trouble lately so hopefully that's what fixes it [Music] no [Music] chains aren't long enough reach across and use one on these little puppies [Music] all right that's not much but it is an eyesore and if the neighbors had anything to say about it well we'll get her cleaned out and give them a better view too [Music] than you watching from live so uh such a big down dude I I blink and it's gone came up here to film should probably been some more houses man those are kind of fun to take yeah were too expensive oh yeah house house prices have dropped so much for tearing them out for tearing them down well I don't think they really have dropped much I think they stayed consistent to what they were 15 years ago the same you used to tear them down that that's what I'm saying yeah it's it's just went up so much but these guys are good you know they have they line up like four houses in a row and take the fil here all that that little button man that makes a big difference that button is sweet special special button yeah that button is the magic hit that magic button look some of the upgrades they do on things it's nice the Kota one's nice because it's while you're pushing it in the whole valve goes in the neutral and locks it like this little piece goes in and then you push it on on the 75 on the -3 or the D the 75 D2 so instead of doing this you got one hand pushing the button and one hand here you just go like this you push it in that valve pushes in and then it's locked and then you and then it slides right onuh the safety stuff gets a little old though we got to put a chain on the seat so it'll keep these the little catches unlocked so I can p the pins I think I figured it out Al oh you got a call yeah it was a little uh where the spring goes into the the Locking pin there's a little bolt on the end and I T put more tension on that so it'll pull it up better it's binding before now it seems to we good you want to give her a test run oh to see open and close it yeah yeah biggest excavation job we've done uh we did the Menard Superstore oh yeah all nighter I remember that yeah that one took 3 months and one of them one of the days we worked morning night and into the next day we had how many trucks showing up with the class 5 that next day I mean constant uh side dumps in there wasn't it where they drive them right in and dump we had to grade it all out cuz how many yeah we had two kamasu d41 PS going constantly going and then uh big Packer roller Packer Ry on y was constantly going and the job Supervisor was trying to uh sabotage us yeah he was he was uh he actually had the entire so he didn't know we were going to work all night long he had no clue we were going to do it and so the next morning he was expecting to go out and see an unfinished site you me and my dad worked all night long grading out the interior slab and it was done and he showed up with every big wig from him on upward cuz they wanted to fire us yeah they wanted to fire us and when he came out everything was finished he looked like a fool just like that one wall we did they kept kicking us off it was fo degrees out during the day and we we had Marton we had a night crew come out there we would cheat was the night crew yeah yeah we would cheat so they'd all show up in the morning and they're like how the hell cuz they make us leave at 3:00 like that like site closes at thre like and we're not allowed to work when they're not allowed to work right yeah it was the dumbest thing I've ever seen yeah yeah you got from s to three to get anything done in it and that was the year the Minnesota Vikings dude died because it was such a heat yep and we were forced to wear full OSHA approved gear hard hats glasses safety vests every freaking thing they could throw on you when you when it's in 100 and some degrees out you're in the middle air conditioned trailer they come out of the air conditioned trailer yep as soon as they get warm they go back in after they told us to put put all our pants you need long sleeve shirts like good out here oh God that was just a joke I forgot one other we did one we did The Still Water Public Library we did that job they tried to sabotage us on that one I'll tell you working for General Contractors is not it's not necessarily they're they don't have your best interest at heart [Music] my dad pass yeah he probably is still working for the company I just don't see him probably standing out here right now with him [Music] y keep you want to double come [Music] all [Music] about the tracks on the ASV and one of the best ways I heard it explained was from buck buck SLE ASV himself he said the ASV under Carriage is meant to be like water with a allows things to come in and go out so it's not supposed to stay there it's going is probably one of the best Excavator operators I've ever seen in my life I know he's don't I'm saying as an excavator operator I would put him up against anybody in the country he anybody operator [Music] so I'd put him up against anybody in the country put him up against in a heartbeat in a hearty might be fun to do a competition what oh somebody's saying we should put Tim up against dirt ninja what's what's that what what's that yeah Dirt N is a content creator comp like exavator probably excavator I mean I was just saying I think Tim's probably one of the five best Excavator operators I've ever seen in my life I will agree 100% with that yeah yeah y uh and I'm talking about even those guys that run like the dancing diggers with a d diggers with a d the dancing Diggers the JCB shows all them guys y let let Tim let Tim know what he's got to do if he's got to make an excavator dance hell yeah cuz all of our stuff has been on real job sites not you know trying to practice for a show I mean it's been in dangerous situations like legit butt pucker from morning till night dangerous situations where we've had to complete jobs and that's what he's broke his teeth on lake with a drop off on the [Music] no we're just removing everything nothing's going back except for danger green grass in the spring the bricks it was just kind of which one one those oh from when you had the trailer on know yeah it just it feel like it was kind of chatter I did notice one of your tires on the driver's side looked like it was smoking a little bit when you were hitting them brakes you probably had the gain too high was that five that's I think that's too high five with eight pallets of block okay it that's probably why I was doing it it just every other trailer you put at five would be 100% I agree no I usually run them at seven yeah if I'm at if I'm doing a trailer just that right one specifically because it's rated for that 20,000 it's geared up dial it down huh 100% so he's got a new one in the works he's got a new trailer in the works I didn't notice that he had a pro Max Deck Over trailer why don't know which one he's got in the works but it's not ready yet you need that one and I I love the dump trailer I really thought that was a nice dump trailer and it made me feel really bad when I said oh we got to leave with this we don't need that dump trailer and then two weeks later the dump trailer broke down and we were down to one beat both and I was like I'm surprised I haven't heard of one from Tim oh a dump trailer would be real nice I thought for sure was coming yeah it would be nice all right well that's going to call it for this video thanks for going along hanging around my neck cuz sometimes I'm doing a live feed for you know what it it's like you know I realized like when I was uh I put Sam suck on when I'm working out in the gym and he's doing his thing and my boys working out and I'm doing my thing and every now and then we look over and kind of compare notes and figured that's not a bad thing let you guys come and hang out live stream uh have
