Secure Bolt (Bottom)

What happens here

Reach underneath the toilet bowl where the bolt protrudes. Take the plastic wingnut or cam-lock style fastener and push it upwards onto the threaded end of the bolt. Rotate it by hand to initially secure it and tighten it as much as possible, which might involve a clicking mechanism to engage the threads.

Goal: Attach and hand-tighten the plastic fastener (wingnut) onto the bolt from underneath the toilet bowl.
