(6,794 characters)Yeah, we can't cut the cat tails. [Music] That's going to get rid of the skeers. Gravely brush hog. Look at that thing. What you're about to see is what happens when I attempt to dress myself. It's not one of my prouder moments. Stan, what is that shirt? I got it at the Goodwill for 15 cents and after I got it home, I realized that it was actually a girl shirt and I'm too stubborn to not wear it. So, I don't care. I'm still wearing it even though it's not really a man shirt. But that's not why we're here today. We're actually looking at the Gravely Pro QXT as an option for contractors in case they're looking for something that's a multi-tool. And we're going to be looking at it from a number of different perspectives. One is how well does it work with the five different tools and attachments. You can get a a broom on it. You can get a snowblower. You can get a push blade on it. You can get a brush hog on it. You can get a finish mower on it. Now, I've been testing this thing out for 8 months, and I found good and bad with this machine. And today, we're going to cover that. So, without wasting any more time, let's just do this thing. Let's just jump right into what I found that's wrong with this machine. And I got Frankie standing over here. So, let's let's see what he thinks of it. Frankie, I think it's overpowered. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I took that brush hog and I put that on there. And if it can bend a tree over, it will cut it. Some of the branches and some of the stuff we chewed down, I mean, they were this big at least. Yeah. Yeah. And I would stall it out, pull it off from it, and ram it again, and it would just chew it right up, which if you're an owner operator, you want because you want a machine that's going to be able to outwork you. I mean, you came in, you look like you were in a boxing match with Mike Tyson, but I could see where if you put it in the hands of somebody that may not have as much experience, like Xander, you've never ran one, right? I've ran it once. So, if you were getting into it and you started to tackle stuff, it can get dangerous. It'll pull you around, it'll fling stuff, but that's up to you guys. Do you like that much power? Yes or no? We snowb blowed with this thing over the winter, didn't we, Frankie? And then I actually actually accidentally lost all of that footage. It sucks. I can't find it anywhere. My That's where it was nice to have the power. Yeah. With the snow. Oh, yeah. You could put it anywhere. Oh, yeah. It blew snow as far as as a skid steer attached snowblower. So, today we're going to snowb blow some wood chips. Okay. That sounds Yeah, you laugh. You guys laugh. But let's just see if we can make that work. Try to get some of these wood chips inside Storm's cage. She loves digging through wood. This might be easier than wheelbarrowing. Oh crap. That's way easier than trying to wheelbarrow that stuff in there. That cast wood chips pretty good. Did you catch that? Yeah, that was throwing chips farther than some blowers throw snow. I'm telling you, when you get it in snow and she digs in, double the height when it's in the snow, the biggest baddest snowblower attachment I've ever seen is actually not on a snowblower. It's on this thing. There's a really big contractor right in the Twin Cities area that's boughten hundreds of these for snow removal. I see him running these Gravely Pro QXTs with the power brooms and other attachments year after year after year. And that's what sparked me to go, well, they've got to obviously be doing something right. And so I picked up my own about a year ago. And I tell you straight up, no matter what we throw at it, it keeps firing back up and it keeps running. And I think Frankie's having too much fun. I used to mow all this. Oh, yeah. Yep. I used to keep this whole thing mowed in here and then it just got out of hand and then I didn't have anything that I could actually come in here and clean it up with. Like the vent track is nice, but I couldn't get the ventra in and out between the trees. Right. Well, look at some of the I mean I went in some pretty narrow spots between some of these trees, you know, cuz I used to have this whole thing cleared all in here, but I just didn't have the right tool to keep it clear. Yeah, this thing just goes right down to nothing. That's nice. Hey, let's pull it apart and see what makes it tick underneath there. I have to put that down first. I don't fall back. I don't even know if there's one or two blades on it. I've never looked. I never looked. Two blades. Here's how you tell what height you're at. Very easy to change. Very easy to change. We'll show them. [Music] See? Grab the handle. Yep. Lift up. [Music] Not that not that difficult. So when you want to drop this unit by itself, you got legs in the back. So you can drop it and grab the next unit over. [Music] When they're new, they're just tough to get them out. I kind of give it a pull. [Music] All we need to do is get it started. This pulls it together. Heat up here. That actually works pretty good, actually. Yeah. For winter time, the plow would work really good, you know, for pushing the snow cuz it's got the power. This would be good on a a long sidewalk. Yep. And you got snow piled up. Oh, yeah. You angle you angle the blade and you just go get behind it and you just go. There's a company, like I said somewhere in this video, but in case you didn't catch it or we didn't get it in before, there's a company that they've boughten over 125 of these units and put them to work on their snow plowing crew just right here in the Twin Cities alone. And that's what sparked me to go, well, they've got to obviously be doing something right. So, that's when I hooked up, picked this one up, and I've been testing it out for 8 months. The uh the benefits are power unlimited. The drawbacks are that power can be a little overwhelming to a new person. After running it in snow, dirt, brush, and mowing with it for the last eight months, I can tell you just expect quality out of this thing. Every component of this is just wellb built, well laid out. With that being said, you guys tell me what do you want to see next. This is uh we're getting into the snow plowing season, depending on what time of the year you're watching this, and we're going to be reviewing more snowplowing equipment so you guys can make wise purchase decisions. If you're looking at buying this for snow plow or snow blowing, it's a beast. With that being said, God bless you guys. Go get them. There's my old four-wheeler jump. I used to come flying through here, sail over the the ditch. Wow. We appreciate that you got your uh safety ear muffs to wear around your neck the whole time. Oh, really? Yeah. Hey, that's a lot closer than they've usually been.
