What happens here

This video captures a user's enthusiastic reaction to The Weather Channel's 'RetroCast Now' feature, which emulates the visual and auditory style of 1990s weather forecasts. The user navigates to the feature on weather.com, witnesses the retro loading screen, and marvels at the authentic 90s-style current conditions, observations, and detailed forecast screens, complete with classic background music and a text-to-speech voice, before realizing it's an April Fools' joke from April 1, 1996.
