What happens here

After significant grading, inspect the land. In this case, large amounts of debris (stumps, brush, glass, porcelain) were still present, making the land too rough for a smooth finish with just the TR3 rake. It was noted that a drag harrow would be beneficial to break down the remaining debris before further smoothing.
