Draw and Announce the Winner

What happens here

Building suspense, the presenter creates a dramatic moment with a 'record scratch' sound effect and intense music. He then reaches into the bucket, shuffles the entries, and carefully selects one slip of paper. He slowly unfolds it, revealing the winning handle: '@perlaplhg'. Confetti effects are added to emphasize the celebratory moment. The presenter then congratulates the winner, 'Perlap Mageg', and states that a message will be sent to them to coordinate the delivery of their prize. He concludes by promising to share the design outcome with the audience in the future.

Goal: With a dramatic flourish and sound effects, the presenter draws a single entry from the container, reveals the winner's handle, and congratulates them, informing them of the next steps.
