The tool I never knew I needed 🀯 #hardscape #pavers

What happens here

After the initial fill, continue to sweep the polymeric sand across the paver surface using the push broom. This continuous sweeping action helps to further work and settle the sand deep into the joints, ensuring they are tightly packed. The sweeping also serves to remove any significant excess polymeric sand from the top surface of the pavers. It's crucial at this stage to get the paver surface as clean as possible, as any sand left on top will harden and create a film. While not shown in this specific video, for larger projects, some professionals may use a plate compactor with a rubber mat at this stage to vibrate the sand deeper into the joints, followed by a final sweep.

Goal: Ensure joints are fully packed and paver surfaces are clean of loose sand.
