Install Panels on Patio Cover Frame

With the protective film removed and the panel ready, carefully lift the panel and transport it to the patio cover frame. If working alone, use proper lifting techniques or get assistance. If the structure is elevated, use a sturdy ladder or scaffolding to reach the installation height. Carefully position the panel onto the designated section of the patio cover frame, aligning it with adjacent panels and the frame's edges. Secure the panel in place using appropriate fasteners, such as self-tapping screws with neoprene washers (for polycarbonate) or roofing screws (for metal panels), ensuring a watertight seal. Continue this process for all remaining panels. Once installed, a final wipe-down with a soft cloth can remove any fingerprints or dust, leaving a clean, finished appearance.
