Construct Curved Retaining Wall

What happens here

Construct the retaining wall adjacent to the paver patio. For a curved wall, as shown, ensure the base is properly prepared (compacted gravel base). Start laying the first course of retaining wall blocks, making sure they are level both front-to-back and side-to-side, and that they follow the desired curve. Use a rubber mallet to firmly seat each block. For subsequent courses, offset the blocks from the course below for structural stability (e.g., half-block offset). Continuously check for levelness and alignment with a spirit level. Some retaining wall systems use pins or interlocking features; follow manufacturer instructions for your specific blocks.
