What happens here
With the Hydro Gripple attached, the excavator operator carefully maneuvers the machine to pick up the first large, rectangular stone block from a nearby staging area. The grapple arms are extended to securely grasp the block. The excavator arm then swings the block over to the prepared foundation of the retaining wall. The operator demonstrates extreme care, gently lowering the block onto what appears to be a pre-leveled gravel base, ensuring that the visible 'face' of the block is not scratched or damaged during placement. This initial placement sets the tone for the entire wall's alignment and stability.
Goal: Establish the foundational layer of the stone retaining wall.
