Deck Framing and Multi-Level Construction

What happens here

With the helical piles in place, the team begins framing the multi-level deck structure. This involves attaching ledger boards directly to the house, securing them with appropriate fasteners. Vertical posts are then installed onto the helical piles, and horizontal joists are laid out and fastened to create the primary support structure for the deck. The framing includes creating different levels and sections for various outdoor living zones. All lumber used is treated to withstand outdoor elements.
