This video provides a detailed design review of a multi-level outdoor living space, demonstrating how a small footprint can be maximized for functionality. The review covers the design considerations for an outdoor kitchen, dining area, built-in benches with a daybed, and a flexible patio lounge area, all aimed at aligning with client expectations and ensuring satisfaction. The presenter walks through a 3D rendering, explaining the rationale behind each design choice.

Wow. >> All right, let's take a minute to talk about the design of this project because it's a pretty small footprint and we wanted to pack as much functionality as possible into [music] this small space. So, with our top deck, what we wanted to accommodate was an outdoor kitchen. So, [music] we made it just big enough to accommodate the appliances that we need. And then also on the L that shoots back to the house, we have some stool seating. Seating [music] for at least four people up on the top deck. The rest of it is open to lead down to the lower deck where again we're [music] just accommodating what we have planned for which is a dining table. And then to add some more functionality, we've done some built-in benches to the design with a dayb bed. And that all leads down to the patio where [music] we have a little walkway that leads to the gate. We can do the four chairs as you see pictured or we can do a sectional couch in the corner and add two more chairs. So these are the kind of things that we like to think about when we design the space.
