What happens here

This video demonstrates a non-chemical method for deterring wasps and hornets from a backyard using a physical decoy. While the user's request specified 'Plant Essential Oil Use in Pest Control', this video does not feature or discuss the use of essential oils. Instead, the creator details how a faux wasp nest, designed to mimic a real nest, was acquired and deployed to leverage wasp territorial behavior. This method successfully reduced wasp and hornet activity without relying on chemical sprays or organic chemical alternatives like essential oils.

My backyard was swarming with wasps and hornets. They were in every nook and cranny. They were making nests underneath my deck. They even made nests inside of my light fixtures. I could not go outside without being swarmed. I tried sprays. I tried swatting them. Then I tried this thing and I haven't had a wasp or a hornet yet this summer. What I found out is they're territorial. Once they see territory's been established, they don't stick around. I found this thing for three bucks on Amazon. I'm going to link it to you in the dirt monkey shop. Now, some people will tell you you can do the exact same thing with a brown paper bag, and yes, you can. But a brown paper bag won't spring back to life like this thing will.
