The video introduces the 'Magic Pick' tool, describing it as a 'grabber 2.0'. The demonstrator assembles the tool, which appears to have a handle that connects to the main pick-up mechanism. The initial demonstration involves picking up small, dark screws from a tile floor, showing the tool's ability to easily scoop them up.
