What happens here

After starting the truck and allowing it to run for a short period, the scanner lights up, reads the vehicle's data, and displays a P0300 diagnostic trouble code, which indicates 'Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected'. The scanner app on his phone provides additional details, recommending to 'Replace Fuel Pressure Regulator'. However, based on the engine's behavior and visual inspection, the presenter still suspects an ignition issue rather than a fuel system problem.
