Stripped Bolts Don’t Stand a Chance! #diy #tools #cooltools #automotivetools

What happens here

After successfully removing the stripped bolt, it will remain tightly engaged within the GripEdge socket. To free the bolt, hold the socket securely with a pair of pliers. Then, take the provided extractor rod or a suitable punch and insert it into the back of the socket. Apply pressure or gently tap the rod with a hammer to push the bolt out of the socket's gripping mechanism. This allows the socket to be reused for future extractions.

Goal: To remove the extracted bolt from the GripEdge socket, hold the socket with pliers and use a specialized punch or rod to push the bolt out from the back.
