biggest difference. If you've got a guy that hustles, he's going to beat a guy that works at a normal pace. Even if the guy working at a normal pace has the absolute best equipment, and the guy that hustles maybe doesn't, the operator makes a big difference. But you then combine a good operator with a good piece of equipment and that's where you're really hitting your sweet spot.
