We're here about to start framing a deck. We ripped out the old one, was not functioning for the homeowner, and we're going to be using the new Prowood True Frame joist. Can't wait to check it out. The really cool thing about this new product is that it's kil dried after treatment, meaning it's going to be a lot more stable and lighter weight because it's not dripping wet. It's also mil down to a consistent 9 in, making our job so much easier. We don't have to sort the joist. We don't have to stack them according to size. we [music] can just go and install them and they're all exactly the same size. We got this whole deck framed up and the Prowood True Frame joist definitely delivered on the promises. Every piece that we used was very consistent at that 9 in. And being that it's kil dried after treatment, it was a lot lighter and easier to work with. So, this is going to be a product definitely keep an eye out for. We're going to be using a lot in the future.
