What happens here
Once the wooden stair stringers are cut to the correct profile, carry them to the installation location. The video shows the stringer being aligned with pre-installed metal stringer hangers attached to a vertical wooden post or wall stud. Carefully slide the stringer into the metal hanger until it is fully seated. If necessary, use a hammer to gently tap the stringer into place, ensuring a snug and secure fit within the hanger. Repeat this process for all stringers required for your staircase.
