Efficiently Cut Fishing Line Tag End

What happens here

The demonstrator illustrates a common problem: cutting a fishing line tag end close to a knot using traditional fishing pliers. He shows that conventional pliers often require excessive manipulation and struggle to get a clean cut right at the knot.
