What happens here

This project demonstrates how to quickly improve yard aesthetics by covering unsightly outdoor utility boxes with artificial landscape boulders. The video shows the simple process of placing these faux rocks over the boxes to blend them into the landscaping. However, it also critically highlights potential downsides and warnings, such as impeding utility worker access, which could lead to fines or removal of the covers by utility companies.
