Patio Base Preparation

What happens here

The ground for the patio area is leveled and graded using a mini skid steer to ensure proper drainage. A layer of crushed gravel is then spread across the entire patio footprint. Workers use a plate compactor to thoroughly compact the gravel base, creating a stable foundation. Finally, a layer of screed sand is laid down, carefully leveled to provide a smooth, consistent surface for the pavers.
