Unfold and Secure the Workstation

What happens here

With the latch released, gently unfold the Crescent Site Runner Cart. The shelving units pivot into place, and the legs extend. Pop down the shelves to secure them in their open, horizontal positions. Ensure all shelves are locked into place for stability. Additionally, engage the locking wheels on the cart by stepping on the brake levers to prevent it from moving while in use as a workstation.

Goal: Transform the folded cart into a stable, functional mobile workstation.
