What happens here

This project details the setup and benefits of 'The CleanOut Sink' system, designed to streamline paint spraying operations. It allows users to store their paint sprayer's primary and suction lines sealed within a bucket, eliminating the need for daily cleaning. The system includes a vent for efficient spraying, a dedicated paint fill hole for easy replenishment, and a stabilizing grommet to keep the intake hose firmly at the bottom of the bucket, preventing air suction and hose displacement. This setup reduces cleanup time, prevents paint contamination, and improves overall workflow for painters.

You can actually leave this set up just like this sealed and you don't have to clean your equipment. You just leave the equipment as it is and then the next day you just pick up where you left off without having to spend what 15 20 minutes cleaning and running water through it. This on and slide it into your hole and press down. It keeps both your primary and your suction line stable inside your paint bucket. You can use this threaded on lid to hold it in there better. So So what we have here is and then you when you're in use you take this cap off it's a vent so that when you're spraying you'll actually be able to you know use it because if we didn't have a vent it wouldn't spray very well. The other portion of this is the paint fill hole. So when you are running out of paint you just take this off and you dump more paint in here and away you go. As painters we all fight this. Your intake hose wants to come out of your bucket. You're trying to find where it sets in the bucket where it stays at the bottom. With this grommet it's going to go on here. You're going to press it down inside and then you're going to tighten the cap on. It's going to hold it vertical up and down. It's not going to come out. It's not going to suck air. That's actually a pretty cool solution to one of the problems we find spraying all the time. Absolutely love it. No more cut lids. No more wet rags that are going to dry out. No more cardboard lids. No more trying to find a towel to put over your bucket to keep debris out of your bucket, leaves, bugs and no more paint skimming over in the sun.
