Simple borders or statement borders?? Which is your go to??
What happens here
After all the pavers for the walkway, including the main field and borders, have been laid, conduct a final inspection. Walk across the newly installed path to check for any uneven areas or loose pavers that might need further adjustment with the rubber mallet. While not explicitly shown in the video, typical paver installation also involves sweeping polymeric sand into all the joints and then compacting the entire surface with a plate compactor. Finally, gently sweep any remaining loose gravel or debris from the surface to reveal the finished walkway. The video then pans out to showcase the completed path.
Goal: Ensure the walkway is stable, level, and clean
Tools and materials
- Broom — Sweeping away loose debris and preparing for polymeric sand
