SHOULD WATER PIPE BE ABLE TO DO THIS??

hey folks that fix it guy here and today i want to show you one of the coolest things i've ever seen with some type apex and a heat gun so come along let's get to fixing okay folks this is the stuff we're looking at right this is actually just a clear piece of half inch type apex all right the first time i ever saw this stuff man it was crazy i was a little mind blown right they're like oh this is gonna save people so much money switching over from copper you're gonna be able to do work so much faster so much cheaper and they're right actually compared to copper especially these days pecs is a lot less money all right i know a lot of awesome plumbers out there still run nothing but copper and that's awesome too but this stuff really is cool if you go with type apex in my opinion you're not gonna go wrong so now to one of the coolest things i've ever seen with this stuff the guy pretty much explained hey this stuff when heated up actually will go back to its original form right so he grabbed a piece of pipe something around this right and he just started taking it and you can bend this and you can make it into a 90. and that's awesome and you don't have to you could stick this through a stud and you could round corners in your house right but if you go too far it's gonna kink so you got that kink in there right and i mean this dude was like crazy kinking it and twisting it all up and it just pipe going in your house like that you're not going to get flow out of that so you've got to get this back to shape well either you're chopping it out and you're getting rid of it or you can do this i put a couple good twists in that right and it may be starting to bend out a little bit but it's not really going to bend out too much more until you start putting some heat on it now when you put some heat on it you want to make sure you're still constantly moving this it doesn't mind heat but you don't want to leave it in one place too long you'll totally burn it up starting to get completely translucent there that is completely wobbly super bendy but translucent and it's actually took that kink out you can see there's the other one still in there a little bit the pipe's a little bit warm but man that has took that completely out so once this actually cools down it's going to go back to this frosted out color and there is going to be no kink there so now that we've got that one hooked up let's do the bottom one real quick you guys like the channel please subscribe click that like button we'd love to have you keep coming back we're just trying to help and show you some cool stuff hopefully you guys are enjoying it so look at that you can hear it hitting both sides right but it's just going right back to its original form you can see it cooling right now so then the crazy part is you could take this you could kink it again and then just heat it back up all right folks so type apex is awesome like that is a cool little thing remember if you ever get a kink you can totally hook it up with a heat gun my advice do not use a torch it is not going to go so well this stuff can burn okay i really hope you guys enjoyed the video i hope you found it fun um a little exciting i know the first time i seen it it was awesome right it totally blew my mind and i just wanted to share thank you very much for watching the channel please subscribe click that like button we'd love to have you keep coming back we're just trying to help show you some cool stuff we hope we're doing that thank you very much and we'll see you again real soon
