Selling the Farm and STARTING OVER? Stressed... Overwhelmed, Tired and Lonely

What happens here

The speaker then shares a profound personal revelation: he has been feeling 'overwhelmed on the farm.' He elaborates on the overwhelming nature of various projects, including constructing a 'gigantic shop' (which he calls the 'Mega Shop'), building an outdoor kitchen with a timber frame, managing cattle, maintaining pastures, fertilizing fields, and handling hay. He describes these tasks as 'monumentally huge,' consuming his time and energy, leading to a feeling of being 'sucked dry' both physically and financially. I have been feeling overwhelmed on the farm. And you guys might see it a little bit in the content here and there, but I've been feeling overwhelmed. overwhelmed with the big shop building, overwhelmed with getting things organized, overwhelmed with the cattle, overwhelmed with keeping the grass up, keeping the pastures mowed, keeping everything fertilized, overwhelmed, just absolutely overwhelmed. And I think we owe it to ourselves as human beings to kind of question the things that we're doing in our lives. So, I woke up the other day from a a good night's sleep after working my butt off here on the farm. And I got to thinking, what am I doing this for? Who am I doing this for? And am I am I finding enough time in my world, in my life to really live, to enjoy what I'm doing? And don't get me wrong, I started doing all this because of joy, to bring joy to my life, to my home, to my family. And what it's doing right now is
