What happens here
With the cabinet carcass assembled, it's time to attach the face frame. Apply wood glue to the mating surfaces of the face frame and the front edges of the cabinet box. Carefully align the face frame with the cabinet opening, ensuring it is flush on all sides. Use bar clamps to secure the face frame tightly to the cabinet box while the glue dries. Additional screws can be driven from the inside of the cabinet into the face frame for added strength.
