all right I'm at the National Hardware Show and I'm in the scaffold Mart Booth right here I'm with Chase so as a painter you know um we need Solutions every now and then using scaffolding and I want something simple and easy to use it looks like chase you got something here you can demo show me that might be something painters might use so what do we got going on here this is a 5ft utility scaffold and there's others like it what this is is a adjustable platform where you can set these platforms here at multiple Heights to give it a little versatility right so you can use it in many applications so the 5-footers there's a three a four and a five the five is the largest it stands at 50 in high 50 in is kind of kind of up there a little bit so we added these wide bases and we made ours the widest in the industry so they're 39 in to give you maximum stability while you're up there safety is critical for us we think it's a something we got to focus on right the second really cool feature of this product is that on our base we added this flat so that you could Mount the skinny platform outboard if you turn this guy sideways you can see this uh this Cross Beam here lets you mount it outboard so you can have a true stair step configuration competitive models will only allow you to put this platform here which is underneath the platform above that's more like a ladder type function right the Cuda on our 5ft utility scaffolding our kind of our crowning achievement and our favorite favorite feature is this telescoping handrail and Tool shelf and now just slide down and this will drop down and we would repin it here so say we were standing on the platforms on this ladder rum the second highest we would want this tool shelf somewhere in this area right so that it's right there by your hip where you can easily access your tools but if you come up to 50 in you don't want your tools by your feet yeah so we'll lift this telescoping feature up in the air I might recommend doing this with two people I've done it quite a few times so I can do it myself and so I can have two of these platforms together attached together yes sir so you can take these guys you could go low side by side this is going to be Ultra stable get you off the ground I don't know what 2 2 and 1/2 ft of course we would drop this tool shelf down where it was you know roughly hip heip where things are easy to reach we have these cutouts on the bases that will allow you to put all three platforms side by side that's going to give you a big wide stable platform this is great I think even for Material Handling yeah if you got something heavy and you don't want to lift it way up off the ground right something 30 that'll carry it I can put something on there and I can just wheel it around on there something that's super heavy yes sir do you have attachments that attach to this or is this all in one right here not to this one this is how it comes in the Box just like you see it so how much is this scaffolding going to cost me this one is going to be in the 2 250 range depending on the retailer you look at and so this is all going to break down I can put it in my work truck or certainly I can um I can kind of show you there's an image here on this poster okay so it breaks it all claps down nice thin yes sir throw it in the back of the truck or in the closet or in the workshop so where could somebody find one of these things if a painter needs one you can find these they'll be on shelves at Minard actually they're on shelves at Menards current um you can get them online at Lowe's Lowe's Ace Hardware Ace um Tractor Supply Northern Tool Northern Tool yes sir all right cool well thank you very much Chase appreciate it your scaffolding solution for painters
