Drill Pilot Holes and Mount the Wheel Lock

What happens here
After marking the mounting points, use a cordless drill with a drill bit appropriate for your chosen mounting hardware. The video implies the use of lag bolts. Drill pilot holes through the marked spots on the trailer deck. The drill bit should be slightly smaller in diameter than the bolt's shank to ensure a snug, secure fit and prevent splitting the wooden deck. Once the pilot holes are created, align the Power-Locker wheel lock over these holes. Drive the lag bolts through the base of the wheel lock and into the trailer deck using the cordless drill. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened to prevent any movement or wobbling of the wheel lock during transit.
Goal: Permanently attach the wheel lock to the trailer deck.
