Once all components are installed and wired, restore power to the system. Use the provided remote control (like the 'GNAT COOL' remote shown in the video) to operate the screen. Observe its movement carefully: does it lower and raise smoothly? Does it stop consistently at the correct upper and lower limits of the patio opening? Adjust the motor's limit settings as per the manufacturer's instructions to ensure the screen fully retracts into the housing and fully extends to meet the deck surface without overshooting or leaving any gaps. Check the brush seal at the bottom bar to ensure it makes proper, continuous contact with the deck surface to effectively deter insects. The goal is smooth, quiet, and complete coverage, as demonstrated in the video.
