Ray Evernham's Massive IROC Racecar Collection is Even BIGGER! (Barn Finds & Test Drive)

What happens here

Ray moves into his office, which is filled with die-cast models and racing memorabilia. He reveals a collection of original IROC logbooks and documentation, showing intricate details like weight analysis, tire pressures, and setup sheets for various tracks. He proudly points out his own handwriting in one of the books, detailing races he drove at Michigan and Riverside. He explains that many IROC cars changed hands and were modified for different series, resulting in multiple logbooks documenting their various transformations. Ray explains he's collaborating with Matt Yocum (a Fox and NBC broadcaster) to create an IROC registry to accurately track the history of these cars and help owners identify their vehicle's unique past. He shows photos of Mark Donohue, Niki Lauda, and others involved in IROC, emphasizing the legendary drivers who competed in these races.
