The video demonstrates the use of a Fein MultiMaster oscillating multi-tool. Position the hose securely, apply the oscillating tool's blade to the desired cut line, and steadily guide it through the material. The oscillating action and rapid vibrations of the blade will gradually cut through the rubber layers and the tough internal steel braiding until the hose is completely severed. This method is far more effective than manual cutters for this type of material.
