try to learn from every single person I meet every person Andrew I can learn from you I can learn from the neighbor I can learn from the Milkman because every person in this world has unique experiences that have taught them things that I can benefit from that you can benefit from that how did you uh learn how you donear you already told me some I'm Excavating and uh but as far as like all your plants you know your souls your grasses all that kind of stuff did you take any topic classes to learn on that no I've never taken a single class on any of that but I did get a master's degree at the University of hard KNX so um I am probably the living example of just good good old getter done do it do it and do it and learn from everything that you've ever done along the way I am constantly talking with people I'm constantly seeking out experts I'm constantly looking for people that have skill sets that are outside of my skill set and I sometimes it's just crazy my wife says I can't believe how you talk to that person because I literally will I go crazy trying to learn everything that they know it doesn't matter if they're within my profession or outside of my profession the way I do my podcast I'm actually even more aggressive in real life so when I meet somebody and they're super successful uh my lot of my customers are because a lot of my customers live in million dooll homes and and I'm like hey what do you do for a living and they'll tell me and they go hey really what is that what does that entail and the a great example is a customer just recently developed Medical Diagnostic Imaging equipment and created his own business well guess what that customer is going to divulge all of his secrets to me because I am just that way I try to learn from every single person I meet every person Andrew I can learn from you I can learn from the neighbor I can learn from the Milkman because every person in this world has unique experiences that have taught them things that I can benefit from that you can benefit from that you can benefit from it does not matter who it is and the waitress at the at the restaurant has unique experiences that have made her powerful in ways we don't know we don't understand but we can gain out experience from her experience it's a beautiful thing and I look for that everywhere I go universities often times the professors those things as much as they're they're awesome people if professors were so hyper successful and knew what they were doing they would not be professors Steve Jobs was not a professor at a university he was an entrepreneur the owner of a compan company all of these people that are super successful they go out and they do it on their own and so so what you're going to find is that those people are actual handson getting it done the the when you go to a school when you go to a university and if you're relying solely on their experience just on their experience it may not be enough to make you successful but when you never ever ever stop learning you try to gain something from every person you meet then you become a better individual you become a smarter individual that's another thing too that's that just you got to keep trying everywhere you go experience you encounter Andrew every experience somebody else encounters turn it to your benefit I appreciate it all right Andrew thank you hey let me hear about your company real quick oh manasco Lawn Care manasco lawn care in Alabama all right so today was brought to you by manasa laare out of Alabama if you're down in Alabama and you know you got some hardscaping you know you got friends I'm talking to the people on YouTube you got relatives that want some hardscaping done I'm going to recomend commend that you have him check out Andrew with manasco Lawn Care am I right yes yeah you're right all right good deal all right thanks Andrew appreciate it buddy appreciate it man thank you yep
