PUTTING UP HIGH TENSILE WOVEN WIRE LIVESTOCK FENCING...NEW SHIRT DESIGNS ARE HERE!!!
What happens here
Attach the initial end of the fence to a 'tie-on post'. This first post requires the fence wire to be wrapped securely around it and nailed firmly with fencing staples. For all subsequent 'line posts' along the fence run, attach the fence to the *inside* of the posts. This strategic placement prevents animals leaning against the fence from pushing out the staples. Leave the staples slightly loose (snugly, not tight) on line posts to allow the wire to expand and contract with temperature changes and to provide some give when animals or falling trees apply pressure. This method significantly extends the fence's lifespan, aiming for 50-60 years.
Goal: Secure the fence wire to the posts with proper techniques
