exact color sealant right there what is that can you explain what exact color so you actually um mix any color of paint you want into it any color paint and the C will come out the exact color the paint you're use in so um it's exact color it's going to make it any color that you want it to be so when would you use that or where would you use that um sometimes you know you can use it people that are doing prepainted um exterior siding um the uh interior trim that's been you know installed that needs to be cocked or touched up um there's a lot of different you know applications for it so um I know one the things was the the prepainted sighing being installed okay um they're going to be giving you a tube of Big Stretch right here so a do a big stretch for you um Big Stretch I'm seeing I'm seeing um slay at home Dad I'm about to remove wallpaper from my mother's house and paint it for her and the words of wisdom would be appreciated so use a steamer so what is he he's removing wallpaper be patient I used to remove wallpaper for our company and you just steam it and slowly scrape it and so just be patient if you try to do it fast you can yeah wallpaper is one of those things that um takes time it takes it's slow tedious um sometimes painful um sweaty messy but uh we always never used chemicals I used um a steamer always just steamer putty knives plastic putting knives you did a lot of wallpaper removal yeah so yeah so um so if you have questions we'll read them but right now we are back to Chris's unboxing the free cocking that sashco sitting you so they sent you but one of them so back you're going to get a uh exact color so I think of exact color you're going to get a big stretch a tube of Big Stretch if you've never used Big Stretch it's a stretch big must use product more Flex I've used more Flex handful of times absolutely love it so where would you use more Flex uh stucco stos one so it's a texture uh mortar like sealant so um stretches like rubber so absolutely amazing so U to me where I've Ed it is stacco okay stacco is is the main thing absolutely love when you're a professional painter you run into stucco so going to send you a tube of more Flex um this the tube they sent me is gray there it comes in multiple colors so it's Big Stretch here's another product they're going to send you that I've actually used on the roof of my cabin to seal a leaks through the roof absolutely amazing product it's clear and I actually used it in the rain well and they said that it will last longer than your Ro yeah so through the roof so see those leaks that a asphalt can't yeah they're going to send you a tu of that once again I used one tube I had a leak around my metal roof at my cabin um up in the mountains and it was leaking uh during the rain and I got up there fixed it and stopped the leak and um two years later like you know like um you know how when you're painting the side of a house there's like little like moisture things that come out like from air conditioners or heaters or riffin or faucets like you could have leaks it's a good thing to use to seal and it's clear so you don't see it you seal gutters with it um you got your gutters leaking um so lexel they're going to send you a tube of lexel absolutely love it lexel is a good allpurpose uh sealant if you are um you know a remodeler um a guy that does remodels or additions uh construction lexel is a Musta product great for um you know anytime you know they're punching holes in the siding you know for um your plumbing that's the stuff I was talking about like those could leak or whatever and that's a good thing to use yeah so lexel is absolutely amazing product it is paintable it's clear uh extremely flexible absolutely love it both through the roof and lexel they're not water-based products they're solvet based products and one of the reasons why they absolutely work amazing in the rain so it's not going to like put it on and wash it away because it's waterbased so that's important yeah here's another product clean and seal I've used this before too absolutely another amazing product where would you use it were you going to ask me question kitchen bathroom kitchens and bathroom called clean and seal clean and seal so so when you want something clean and you want to seal it one of the amazing things about this is it has uh active enzymes in it and we've all seen it around bathtubs that soap scum that starts to build up around you know the coffee and seal it and it's like pretty nasty and it start to get like red or yellow stuff like that the enzymes in this cochain eats that stuff so when we're done with this I have a couple places to show you uh oh here we go yeah because we want it to clean itself uh clean and seal is absolutely amazing product anytime you're caulking especially new construction so I have a new construction job coming up pretty soon when I do all the cocking in the bathroom around the bathtub K I'll be using clean and seal so active enzymes they eat eat soap scum and stuff like that I want they I have a job for that tube of cocking and it lasts it it doesn't just like enzymes just don't go away and are going to ask them like well how long will those enzymes last and they're like forever I'm like wow that's pretty amazing sounds super good so you have active enzymes eating up your repaints I don't know if there's anything you know better on the market you can use if you're you if you're uh doing which we we the house we're going to be doing here coming up in a month it has um you know it's um Hardy plank sighing and Hardy plank sighing specs Big Stretch as the sealant so that's what you should be using so big stretch is an absolutely you know amazing product to be using so um we absolutely love it so Christopher Mason says okay I'm this is just going to look really silly do you spray Locker paint in a home of painting cabinet boxes or would you only spray Locker in a booth I'm sorry um that's a good question so I use a spray lacquer all the time in homes and there's a lot of inherent dangers to that and you have how many years probably it's been over seven eight years yeah I wouldn't touch lockers anymore myself period so uh especially not inside of a home uh let alone other you know areas but I used to in new construction I used to paint uh S lacers I used to paint all of our kitchen cabinets with lacquers uh while people were living in the home still and you know um there's so many explosion risks uh fire hazards with lers that I um I personally would never use them you know anymore and I personally feel there's products that are far superior to lacquers nowadays uh that perform just like a lacquer but lasts longer than a lacquer in many ways so the last um projects you were doing what product were you using uh rener 851 so rener is a water-based uh 2K poly one or 2K poly you can catalyzer or not catalyze it you can use it right out of a can water-based unlike Locker a low odor and um you're the customers you're not going to blow your customers out of the house um with smells you're not going to blow the house up by igniting it but you had use paintline spray booth and that's a great spray booth but it's not to be used with lockers right or FL very very specific very paint line says very clearly that cannot be used with flammable products because the fan um that is specked with a booth that's sold with a booth is not an explosion proof um fan so you should not be using it so so good to know so 2K polyes are the products you use when you do Cabinets Now if you were going to brush and roll um a cabinet um maybe you just had a little touchup or just a small project and you didn't um want to spray what product would you use to brush and roll you use a 2K poly to brush and roll so now like uh you know in the past they weren't great for brushing and rolling now rener has come up with a retardant now you can actually add to their products that makes it brush and rollable and it's a very brush and loable now okay so you can have that um if I wasn't using a 2K poly if I was if I don't like brushing and rolling interior trim I like Benjamin more advanced it's an absolutely amazing product uh Emeral urethane you know is a really good product um brushing and rolling Benjamin more advanced is better though yeah so somebody said is sashco a contest or a drawing and it's just it's it's a free gift it's Christmas time and they want to give our audience a free sample pack of their products because they believe once you know how good their products are that's what you're going to use so that's that's one of the cool things about this is there is no strings attached M um there's not very many things that are amazing epoxy floor prep I don't know um I guess I guess it makes it amazing when you um don't have call backs and it works so I would call it amazing then yeah and that's I mean you know obviously you know there's a lot of different ways you can do epoxy floor it's just like there's a lot of ways you could cut a ceiling line there's a lot of ways you can pull a wall there's a lot of different ways you can a lot of methods do cabinets there's a lot of different methods products out there everybody has their own systems and processes you know across the board I got systems and processes that worked for us the systems and processes that I've used for epoxy floors I've never got a call back uh in my entire career so how long has that been it's been a while it's been over a couple decades but I do think um you did learn a new method and new products and we just created an epox course and it's pretty exciting yeah so historically like there's um I guess you know there's there's three things three things you can do you can take and you can grind your floor um you can asinet your floor M or you could um clean and prime your floor and then then after you know either one of those or a combination of those then you could begin you know the the application process and the top coding or whatever you're going to do so first off we did just release our epoxy course who was your audience that you had in mind for this course for the way that you did this course I mean my audience is um small painting companies you know one uh an individual guy that owns his own company or you own your company you have maybe three to five employees that is the the typical um or the target your know person I was actually creating this course for now this course was created not for that that um audience to do industrial floors like airport um hangers or you know industrial um buildings or uh commercial buildings or um like flooring and say um retail space stuff like that it was very specifically this is what I done my entire career it's residential garage fours so so people that you know have a garage two three car garage it's a residential house and you're going to have your typical residential chemicals you're going to have your residential cars and and stuff stored in a residential garage FL that's what this for is this system is for but I mean what you're trying to do is like you don't have to invest in a big grinder hire a whole another crew if you're painting somebody's house you can learn how to do this process and you could now offer this to your clients that you already have that you're painting their house it's kind of like the service of cabinets you know it's just giving yourself more um skills or techniques or yeah think Revenue lines or something so this company that you know the company size I'm looking at one to to five employees you know they typically have have you kind of stereotypically have a certain you know lineup of tools in their trailer or van and they don't have like this massive Fleet and they don't have kind of just like endless money and typically this size of company's not going to own a diamond grinder and so um they have the majority of the tools in their vehicle that would that you could actually use it do a floor so I I created a system um in a pro systems and processes that you know you can you know enter into doing epoxy floors without investing tons and tons of money so that's what the course is for yeah it's it's not for you know a company that specializes in flooring that has you know $100,000 grind grinder that's doing you know one day floors they going and grinding the floor and and and applying polyaspartics or polyureas and doing this floor system in one day and get out this is a system that work works that literally one guy can actually do it and and the system was created and developed to make money too so and and the thing is is you've learned about these new products that are really good so that you don't have to always grind you don't have to always acid Edge there are primers and products um that companies have made that are successful I think what one of the misconceptions too is like you know rustolium Rustoleum makes a lot of product products and one of the things they specialize in and where they got their start was primers so they're a primer company and they if you walk into Home Depot a lot maybe the misconception is is you and they they sell epoxy kits and stuff you know for a do-it-yourself or that rum is a do-it-yourself or product in company all companies they have Minds yeah and Rolan makes a massive line of super Industrial Products High high-end products that you know you can actually put in an airport hang or in Industrial Coatings and FL they are used all over they're used all over the world and they they make some absolutely amazing primers and the primer that I use the prime epoxy floors is um…
