Prepping for the fall hay season! Old equipment ....will it hold up?

What happens here

After finishing the bush hogging, the farmer drops the bush hog and connects a John Deere 385 Hay Baler to the tractor. He connects the baler's drawbar to the tractor's hitch using a pin. He also connects the PTO (Power Take-Off) shaft from the baler to the tractor's PTO, noting that the tractor's PTO needs to be engaged for the shaft to spin and properly align. Finally, he connects the baler's single hydraulic line, which controls raising and lowering the machine, to the tractor's hydraulic system.

Goal: Attach and prepare the hay baler for operation.
