Picking Up/Unboxing My BendPak XPR-10AS Lift From Summit Racing! BONUS: Triple Seven Shop Tour

this place is freaking insane give it some tea bag was that before or after he bought an entire pet store full of iguanas we are going on an adventure today and i'm using baylor's trailer because he left it here and it's in the way so i'm just gonna use it why would we go to summit racing with the trailer though because we're getting a lift it's kind of a big deal never had my own lift before this is cool this is kind of a monumental moment here in world history the escalade was built on jack stands and if you've ever been on a lift it's been like a i can get on there at night but i got to get the heck off before work has to be done in the morning kind of thing but now we're going to be able to build stuff and build it right because we'll have our own spot to do it featuring candy man's trailer i guess this is his dad's trailer i don't know why he doesn't want to back but we're going to use it because it's there i don't even think i have to exaggerate or emphasize how convenient it is to have a summit literally five six minutes from the shop it's like right down the street and i think there's somebody from the shop here at least once a day every day sometimes little john is here more than once it's pretty great i'm not sure exactly where we go here i think we're just gonna stick ourselves off in the back go in there and see what the deal is there's always interesting stuff in the parking lot too if you've never been to a summit racing location in person i would highly recommend it i lived about two hours from the the hub one in akron ohio so i would go there i don't know a few times a year when i need stuff in a pinch or just go for fun and it was always worth it every time because they got like a scratch and dent aisle in there where you get like open box and things like that and they have it marked way down sander and baylor actually found a holley terminator system in their open box for 400 bucks so they bought it i don't even need it for anything but like dang that's a really good deal so they just did it stuff like that it's worth checking out let's go see where we need to go i think they're probably gonna send us back there somewhere but i really don't know see what i'm talking about open box scratch some dent aisle here here you got yourself 502 short block for four grand that's a serious unit these things all forge pistons and stuff there's all kinds of random things in here i always take a stroll through it because you find stuff that you don't really need but you're like oh this is cool i could use that we got to go around there's 80 million speed bumps right there but i'm gonna go around and see that customer pickup door that's where we gotta go this place is massive i would really like to tour their warehouse and see just like the mechanics of it almost like the the blueprint facility how that all just was so mind-blowing in there i could tell they had like curly cue you know conveyor belts and all kinds of neat stuff just i could see poking ahead in the door maybe we'll get a little peek when we pull up here i like how they got to put stumps everywhere so people don't try to drift here not that i would ever want to do that oh my god wow so this particular lift is like an open box demo i guess it's something that you'd find in like the scratch and den aisle or something like that so it has no box it's not in perfect condition but i don't care we're gonna use it to pick up cars and work on them but we're just getting it loaded up in here this place is freaking insane how clean it is all of this like it just blows my mind there's so much room looks like they got a lot of room to expand in here too there's those walkways everywhere and all kinds of stuff it's like a jungle gym for grown-ups it's a little bit awkward to load because it's not in a box like it normally is it's good to know that it works this way because we can do the same thing with our forklift to get it back off i was trying to figure out all kinds of contraptions of hanging the front off an engine hoist and pulling it back or putting casters under it or something yeah i'm glad we used baylor's trailer and not mine it would have scratched mine up but baylor's failure doesn't have any paint on it through scratch so it's like perfect i would have been crying like a little baby scratching all my paint up on my deck right now oh you're good no i borrowed this trailer i got my own i got my own trailer that's powder coated steel this one was in my way so i took it instead like heck it's bare aluminum you won't know scratching it doesn't even you don't even tell um no it's fine we're only going a few miles but i could pull out to strap it down so i'm not in your way anymore worried about getting it off yeah leave it right there it'll be good thank you so much do you want to do the honors you know it's not going anywhere you're right it's not going anywhere we are ready ready to go to the post office and drop a bunch of bit of an ordeal to get it on the trailer and i'm glad i brought yours not mine because mine's got the powder coat on the deck that could get scratched yours is just bare aluminum so it's like yeah it's already screwed up from john's mustang like riding on it now we're gonna go figure out how to unload the thing shuffle some cars around pretty much just give you guys an insight as to what the little dinged up here get all this off get the arms off and then we get the forklift and i'm both you had already had yours installed when you bolted them in didn't you see they just took them apart and then moved them over here and stood them back up yeah yeah we stood them up by hand but i don't think we had the forklift when we put them up how did you measure out how far apart they need to be and all that stuff is it like in the instructions somewhere it's supposed to be but it's a nightmare somebody the common surprise has a better idea yeah i know there's always like 80 million contractors or professionals that whatever we're trying to do that as if it's not something car related there's someone in the comments who does it for a living and it's like oh you can't do it like that this is painful to watch well then there should be instructions in here and it'll help us measure everything we'll find something they're really easy the cables is the hard part i guess we're going to get this thing cut open and see what kind of instructions or stuff we got in here what i don't know if you say that when you walk it up to people that think you're smart and know something they don't have you ever seen how to open these with uh like an adjustable wrench no oh we're gonna see some stuff right here some winningwood oklahoma nonsense you're gonna go some freaking noodling lift so when you pick a car up the roof would bump this and shut the lift off oh you don't need that anyway this box here has uh looks like tons of hardware cable sendry look cable assembly hydraulic hose emperor xpr micro switch cover um there's no dignity on here so still don't have any of that vinyl i cut this open thanks for that it looks like a golf tee you hit me with the wood my wood yeah in the last video you got nut on you okay yeah there's lots of important things in here so inside this box which is now been smooshed so many times that it's more like a bag than a box i think just to clarify uh i knew this was an open box they had it laying around they said sure you can have it it's in the way so here we go it's kind of as is it's kind of a project in a project what are you doing with the wood this one will be blank like ed ed and eddie you want to draw a face on it yeah this box here looks like it has the the hydraulic power unit thingy bobber in here with the button that you poke and stuff big things go up and down the original shipping label says june 19 2019 so this thing's been rolling around a warehouse for almost two years now someone's calling me oh it's the guy i bought my new from so we got almost all the little nonsense boxes off of here i think maybe well if oh is that your plank i'm startled at how accurate the eyes are because one's way bigger than the other yeah where are we gonna put plank on display where he deserves to be wherever that may be we should hang them up high somewhere or we could put them on the garage door so we can go for rides you
