peep the before. MASSIVE turnover
What happens here
The renovation progresses with work on the existing deck. The old wooden steps that were previously located on one side of the deck are removed, and new steps are being installed in a different configuration to integrate with the new patio design. The entire surface of the deck is being resurfaced using a "poly type of material," which refers to composite decking. This material is chosen for its durability and low maintenance, as it is permanent and does not require staining. Concurrently, new black railings are installed around the deck, designed to complement the dark accent features planned for the adjacent patio.
Goal: Replace the old wooden deck surface with composite material and install new, coordinating railings and steps.
