Protect Drains and Adjacent Areas

What happens here

After clearing the area, identify and protect any drainage systems that are adjacent to or integrated into the paver surface. This includes linear drains, catch basins, or any other openings where sand or debris could enter. Using blue painter's tape, carefully and securely tape off the entire length of these drains. This crucial step prevents old sand, pressure washing debris, or the new polymeric sand from entering and clogging the drainage system, which could lead to significant issues later on.
